I love buying early access or beta games and seeing how they progress throughout development. My latest early access game I am loving is hades 2. Whenever I buy a game that is a beta I play the existing content, get my moneys worth, then shelf the game until new content drops. Play the new content, get the new experiences, then shelf it again until the next set of features and content releases. Eventually (if the devs are good) the game will have a 1.0 release, at which point you can start a new game and experience the full project the way it was intended. I highly encourage you to treat tarkov this same way, like you would treat any other beta game that is slowly releasing content. I will admit, I have the luxury of this viewpoint due to getting kappa and doing a decent amount of lightkeeper quests this wipe, so I have scratched that completionist itch and my desire to replay this game with no new content is no longer a thing. Regardless, I will just be playing other games and living life while waiting for the next tarkov map release. If the devs want to claim beta status for nearly a decade, actually treat the game like itβs a beta and just play the wipes to try out the new content, rather than grind. Thanks for coming to my ted talk, hopefully this can help someone who either is frustrated with tarkov/bsg or is looking for a way to reignite their tarkov love without wanting to grind out quests and traders each wipe.
