Sniper scav house area

I have spawned on this side of the map about 3 or 4 times this wipe and im just wondering - is there a known infinite scav spawning bug here ? everytime i try to spawn i shoot about 8 scavs then three or four circle around and kill me has anyone else noticed this ?
