Is it too easy to make millions of rubles?

Here's the issue that is bugging me:
- I want to know everyone's opinion on what I view as a big issue for EFT.
- I believe that it is way too easy to make money in this game.
- Doesn't matter if I go in as a Scav or a PMC. Most raids I will leave with more than 20k Rubels per slot no matter how big my backpack is, no matter how slowly, safely and passively I play.
- That means that I have to risk very little to make over a million Rubles per raid and in my view this is a big issue that needs to be adressed by BSG.
- Heck while earning this cash I am even completing quests in the same raids.
- This issue leads to me thinking in raids on several occasions "Why should I risk more, if the reward for taking risks is so insignificant?"
What do you think?
- Do you think this needs to be adressed by BSG?
- Do you think money being so easily made is okay or even a necessity?
- Do you view this as a problem as well?
- To make such amounts of money shouldn't a player be doing risky stuff like fight PMCs over hotspots with high value loot, fight difficult AI or face other difficulties?
- Do you have any questions regarding my experience with this? Like any specifics regarding my playstyle?
- What would you like to see changed regarding how easy it is to make money?
- Should something be done about the value of common items (such as Bolts, Nuts, ES-Lamps, Metal Parts, etc.) and the value of rare items that are lackluster in their value (such as Military Cables, COFDM, GP Coins, Bronze Lions, Golden Cocks, Streamer items) ?
- Should the "Loot Meta" be subject to constant / regular changes so people have to constantly be figuring out what items they should take and leave during raids?
- Should overall loot (maybe with the exception of few specific spots on every map) be reduced by a significant amount? Should maps contain 20% less loot? 30%? 50% ?
- Do you think that any changes regarding loot from the past patches are part of this issue?

It's not that it's too easy to make money, it's that the cost of things become trivial after half a wipe. If you were to make money scarce across the board, it would not create a fun experience for low level players.
