48hrs ago a level 8 standard account shot me through one door, I repositioned, and then he shot me through a second door. I don't report that often but I smacked the report button so hard for that blatant cheating.

Last night I got a message he was already banned. Since I rarely report, he was the only one I reported that day. And considering he was only level 8 I'd guess that was the first day of his account.

So it looks like BSG caught and banned that hacker in as few as 2 days. Great work!

Just want to share a simple story of BSG doing a good job to provide balance all the tales of "a guy who's been cheating for years and never caught" that I see on this sub.
