I'm not sure if it's just the game or if I have an issue with my settings somewhere. Free look will work just fine whether I'm running, prone, in a bush or whatever and then all of sudden it will develop a horrible stutter. I have tried to make the issue happen but it seems to just be completely random.

I have a Ryzen 7 5800X3d, 6900XT, 64gb ram. My settings are VSync on (it was the only way I could get more than 60fps) texture high, shadow low, LOD 2, overall 1000, TAA High, and resampling off. I am also only playing 1080P.

I'll gladly take any setting recommendations I feel like it could be better yet but I haven't had great success with tinkering with any of these settings.

Edit: I misspoke I didn't mean free look I mean just the head movement no body movement.
