Plans to add a separate PvE mode?

Was curious if they’re planing to add a PvE mode where you can level a nonPvP character with friends fighting just the AI and questing?
All of their excuses for not wanting to invest the time into the game are valid if not a little tired by this point (cheaters, RWT, server and net code issues, audio issues).
I don’t know how the community as a whole would feel about it cause you could potentially split the player base, but I just want my friends to enjoy the game again.
