I killed a scav who had this - what do I do with it, ammo-salad with Action SX or wait to salad with something better?

AP SX is great until you realize that a single headshot will never kill a full hp target.

20 rounds into thorax will definitely do the trick... But if you hit head,eyes on first shot and recoil kicks the rest of your mag into the ceiling, it's not so great any more...
