Some streamers I follow on both YouTube and twitch that have some good content and some helpful content are :

Airwingmarine - he does a lot of guides from looting effectively to gun modding and quest guides.

Jessekazam - does a few guides for tasks and various other topics and breakdowns of his raids that really help to understand the type of gunplay tarkov has

2lew - does longer format vids about different play styles and breakdowns

Gigabeef - does a lot of very informative guides on tasks , modding raids , kits and various other tips/tricks

There are so many YouTubers that offer a lot of great and helpful content , I personally watched multiple starter guides as they all have different tips and tricks that help in different situations, I found it quite helpful to follow many different guides as tarkov is game that can be played in many different ways and there is almost always another approach to a task or mission.
