GPU Upgrade?

I’m currently running EFT on a regular 1060 graphics card. I was looking to go to a 30 series but I don’t want to spend $1,000 on a card. I was bouncing between a 3060Ti and a 3070Ti. Does anyone play on these cards? If so, how does it run and which one should i go with?
I should’ve added this earlier, but i’m running: Intel I7-9700k 32 GB of Ram GTX 1060 1440p monitor w/165hz refresh rate
