I've been playing FPS games my whole life, even with more "hardcore" ones I've never come close to the level of stress that Tarkov gives me. I hear everybody talk about "gear fear" as a new player but this is something else. A naked mosin run on the most empty map has my heart rate higher than when I exercise, and I've probably uninstalled and reinstalled the game 4 or more times, first telling myself that it just isn't the game for me and then coming back thinking it's going to be different. Like I WANT to like this game, I know that if I play it enough that "fear" if you can even call it that will go away, but after 5 minutes of actually playing this I feel drained and would rather just play something else. And then I end up uninstalling to make space for another game, until a few weeks later, when I get some Tarkov video recommended to me and I start thinking "Hmm... I bet if I reinstall and really, really spend some time getting better, I can actually enjoy it!" And the cycle continues.
So what you have is called Tarkov Anxiety and it happens alot to people. I've dealt with it myself and itll eventually just fade man, how many hours do you have in this game?
