Have they broken lighthouse in the new update?

Prior to the update i could play lighthouse with no issues of frame drops. Now i play it and every time i open something, ads or check inventory my game drops frames like when the map got first released.
Did they even touch lighthouse in the patch?
The map is completely unplayable for me as of right now
