Is there any widely accepted way to prove friendliness?

I want to get some harder quests done and as a new player I dont really know where to go alot of the time, and when I try to voip people just kill me even though I say i'm friendly. They don't believe me or just want the free kill I guess.
Is there something like the scav wiggle for PMCs? or am I just doomed to be a friendly soul in an unfriendly world?
