What happened to the portable bunkhouse?

This is my 3rd wipe. Past 2 wipes, the key was... common. Like, it was everywhere, and was dirt-cheap.
Today, though, I've been periodically checking the market for it - there are only barters for some obscure (presumably gunsmith-related) weapon parts, or Rivals armband. I've only seen one cash offer, and it was for one million. According to tarkov-market.com, that guy lost over two millions in market fees on that.
WTF is going on with this key? Is it that rare this wipe?
