Is anyone else annoyed with how loud the breathing is when you're "out of breath" as a PMC?
It doesn't help that you're literally overweight when you load into the raid half the time, so as soon as you engage in any combination of running and jumping over obstacles the birth giving simulator begins.
And please no "Dewd how about you try wearing like 50 kilos of armor and ammo and see how you sound" comments. On scav runs I barely even notice this, since both the sound profile and loudness are on point.
On the other hand my PMC sounds like he's been in labour for 60 hours and the baby just won't come out. It's irritating, to say the least.
EDIT: Someone suggested changing voices, so I'll give that a shot. Might actually work because I don't remember this being so irritating in the previous wipes. The voice I chose this wipe was USEC: Brent. I'll choose another dude.
Yea I actually went back to Chris so we’ll see.
I did not, but I did pick the new USEC voiceline this wipe. The raspy sounding fellow.
Exactly, now combine that with the fact that you don't level endurance if you're overweight (which is always) and you are going to be in labour essentially till you hit lvl 60. I'm level 28 at the moment and my endurance is level 5. Who the hell thought that it will be a good idea to nerf endurance like this? What is this logically tied to? There's people in real life running with weighted vests to literally increase their explosiveness, strength and endurance.
