Hi everyone. What follows is a bit of an experiment on my part.

Inspired by a writing partner, I challenged myself to write a series of concise (one side of A4) plot synopses for a 70s-style porn-logic tv series featuring an over-sexed Bimbo Private detective. I don't know if they'll be fun to read, but they were fun to write, so I'm going to put them here to see what people think.

They are deliberately short with plenty of scope for expansion. Any and All comments welcome.

Bimbo PI S1 E1: The Candy Cane Conundrum.

Bimbo P.I., B., is hired by “Fat” Tony Martelli, owner of the The Pink Flamingo strip club to investigate the disappearance of one of his newest ‘girls’, Candy Cane, who has gone missing hours before her big debut at the club.

B. dives into the case with her usual enthusiasm, beginning her investigation at the Rusty Spoon, a sleazy dive bar downtown where Candy’s new boyfriend was rumored to be a regular. B. uses her trademark charm to strike up conversations with the regulars and soon has a crowd of guys surrounding her eager to help with the investigation. She decides it will be quicker to pump all the guys for information together rather than separately and so hops up onto the pool table and tells them to form an orderly queue. 

Soon the Clientele are spraying B. with the information she needs - Candy’s new Boyfriend is Vinny “three-fingers” Malone, a low level crook who has been borrowing money from loan sharks across town to wine and dine the beautiful young stripper. B. gives her panties to the guy who gives her the address of one of the loan sharks as a thank you and heads out to follow up on her lead. 

As she pulls up outside the address she spots Vinny leaving, stuffing an envelope full of cash in his jacket pocket. B. follows Vinny back to an abandoned warehouse, where she watches  him pay two large goons guarding the door before slipping inside. A couple of minutes later Vinny leaves again and jumps back in his car. Working on a hunch, B. decides to investigate the warehouse further.

B. easily lures the two heavies around the corner into an alley where she incapacitates them with some oral gymnastics, and while they are leaning against wall recovering, she slips back around the corner and into the building. 

B. finds Candy tied up, but otherwise unhurt. Candy is relieved to see her and promises that under different circumstances, she wouldn’t mind being tied up with B.. Bimbo frees Candy and they drive across town together to the Pink Flamingo. En route, Candy reveals that Vinny had discovered she is secretly the heiress to the fortune of one of the city’s big media moguls, and he had planned to kidnap her and demand a huge ransom. 

Back at the Pink Flamingo, Fat Tony is delighted to see Candy back, but she’s due on stage in less than five minutes, so B. hops on stage for an impromptu performance. The club’s regulars love it and she stays on stage for a double act with Candy as part of her debut.

After the show B. is relaxing with the girls in the changing room as they all take showers and change. Petey, the club's dogsbody, comes into the changing room just as B. bends over to pick up a sparkly thong from the floor, Causing him to cover his crotch in embarrassment and shuffle out of the room as quickly as he entered. “Oh Petey!” chorus the girls.

Back in the now empty main room of the club, Fat Tony Thanks B. for her efforts, and pays her for finding Candy, along with a fee for her performance. Vinny barges into the room holding a small pistol demanding that Candy come with him. Recognising the safety on the gun is still on, B. winks at Fat Tony, who snatches the Gun out of Vinny’s hands, puts a burly arm around his shoulders and leads him into a back room, saying he has a better idea how he can earn the money to pay back all his loans.

Candy and B. laugh, and Candy turns to hey, winking and says she meant what she said earlier about being tied up. Bimbo pulls out a pair of handcuffs, and they laugh together as the pair totter out of the club on their 6 inch heels.
