So, today I'm looking to explore a bit of a parody on Beauty and the best. Now, if someone out there is looking for a gender bent version of that story, let me know! But that's not quite what I'm aiming for.
Essentially, meet our beast! Maybe he's a massive nine foot tall orc. He looks like he should be attacking Gondor. But actually, he's reading a book with some cute glasses perched on his nose. He's a kind nerd who love solving puzzles. The sort of guy who can get himself lost in a magical puzzle. A gentle giant with a romantic heart of gold.
Now for our beauty. Isn't she gorgeous? Sadly, she's got some emotional management issues. A magic curse/powers that always seem to get away from her when her emotions get on top of her. And then things seem to break around her. She needs help. But people around her haven't given her that. Because... well, anyone previously whose gotten too close has got hurt. Quite badly.
And, well, now the tale as old as time starts! (sorry! I couldn't resist. I love bad puns)
