Her parents had been bugging her for ages when she was going to get a date. And, well, she couldn't hold things off forever. So, that was when she went to her best friend. There was a big family get together and if she was going to have to pretend with anyone then the guy she'd grown up with and had all the laughs with was going to be the most tolerable.
It wasn't as awkward as it might have been! It was funny. Holding hands. Arm in arm. All the things that we had to do to make the fake date work. And her parents were super happy! They had always suspected that they'd get together one day. And hey! Now their daughter was finally doing something girlie.
But, well, the plan had been to end things. Oh no, so sad, a break up. But... well, when she tried to do that, her parents had been so determined to see when she was going on a second date. The brave, strong willed tomboy that he knew so well caved. And it wasn't so bad pretending to date her best friend right?
The question is, when does this pretending become real?
To make it clear! I'm looking to play the male role in this, and I'm looking for someone to play the tomboy female role!
