TLDR; great success getting my wife into trance but post hypnotic and erotic suggestions a work in progress.

Hi all! So this week my wife and I tried hypnosis for the second time. The main difference was that we planned to have sex afterwards, so I was able to experiment a bit with erotic hypnosis.

I started with a hybrid relaxation and eyelid catalepsy into fractionation induction (I forgot the arm drop), then a staircase deepener. Finally I tried the blackboard letter erasing variation of "countdown", but I quickly realized she was so deep she was having trouble verbalizing, so I gave up on that pretty quickly.

At this point I could tell she was well and truly in a deep trance which felt great! I then did safeplace with her to relax her. Seeing how deep she was, I decided to try my first erotic commands. However, I wasn't fully prepared with commands as I didn't expect to get this far this session, so I threw in a bit of everything to see what would stick.

I had her try to feel a tingle that ran across her body. Then I tried to instill a post hypnotic suggestion that she'd feel progressivley more aroused as she came out of trance, and cum more strongly than ever before next time she came. Then I threw in a safety that all suggestions except the reintroduction trigger would end after I came.

I brought her out, saying she would feel progressively more aroused as she came out, and that she would feel sexually liberated and free to do what she wants. She came out feeling good and relaxed, and her eyes were a little pink which was further proof she was truly under! But she was quite cold as the room was chilly. I got a space heater, and then tried her reintroduction trigger to bring her back down while the room warmed up. It wasn't an instant drop, but she seemed to be back under in less than a minute with no other deepeners so I call that a success! I tried adding a command that she would feel a pleasent building warmth coupled with arousal (to try to counter the cold). I also tried adding a cum on command trigger, and finally added in that she was beginning to feel wet.

I brought her out and we had a lovely lovemaking session. But I didn't get the feel that the erotic suggestions had done anything and I forgot to try my cum trigger in the moment.

In discussing after I got some great feedback from her. Namely, that the blackboard induction didn't work well for her (I'm just going to give up on countdowns). She also reported that making the tingle run across her body worked very well, and surprisingly so did telling her that she should feel wet from the arousal. Otherwise the arousal suggestions were dampened by the cold in the room a fair bit, so she didn't notice much difference from those.

Overall, we were both pleased with the session. I am thrilled that I can get her into a solid trance state now, but need to do more experimentation with both erotic and non-erotic suggestions to see what works. I'm excited to see if the reintroduction trigger works well and may try it later this week out of the blue to see how integrated it is (with her permission of course).
