Hey there!
This file (previously only on my Soundcloud) is designed for folks who enjoy being hypnotized who want to try their hand at being a hypnotist, as well as switches who feel like you can’t quite find your footing when you’re doing the hypnotizing.
If these are you, or if you just want an interesting trance trip, this file's for you.
Inspired by a class I co-present at hypnosis conventions, it’s designed to bring you into trance and help you tap into the knowledge you already have in your mind about hypnosis and how to do it. You know more than you think.
Of note: this file is not a substitute for learning and thinking about consent and safety! It’s about building confidence and reminding you that you know more about hypnosis than you think.
As always, your feedback is welcome and encouraged! Hearing from people about my files is literally the only thing that keeps me making them, so… if you like it, let me know.
CW: Suggestions about confidence, being a better hypnotist, building on an already existing desire to practice/grow your skills, recalling prior trances. Also, general feel good energy at the end.
