(F) I've never tried this before, but some of the files look amazing. However, I have older children in the house, and cannot be loud at all, yet interested in the HFO. Does there exist an audio that's good for a first timer, that tells you to not make a noise (I'm used to being quiet otherwise), and ideally is F4F or F4A (assuming I understand these abbreviations accurately as female for female/all...?)

Also curious, I saw someone mention taking the audio file and creating a text version to skim/ read through to ensure nothing is too much. How would I do this?

What's the difference of files with a wakener vs no wakener?
