Looking for a file that gives a trance and programming trigger.

Basically I’ve been chatting to a Bambi online, and while I don’t want most of the effects that those files have. I’m super jealous of their trance and programming trigger, I’ve been able to take them down and make suggestions once and they just stick, it was super effortless and I wish myself and others could do that for me >.<
