I'm a 35 year old woman and my inability to climax during sex even when it's great, and it drives me nuts. Alone and with a vibe I can orgasm in a few minutes and with my hands maybe in 15 min. So there is nothing physically wrong.

I've been looking into various ways to make this work end now I've ended up at hypnotis. Is it possible for me to create a trigger for myself that would work during penetrative sex, and will it be super hard or is it something that a newbi can actually do with some effort?

I do have a partner who has offered to learn at the same time. Would it be easier for him to hypnotize me than me going for recorded self-hypnosis?

I'm currently reading Mark Waismans book.
