Hypnotic Basics: If you’re returning to my scripts, feel free to ignore this paragraph, as it will never change. It is just an initial check-list to make sure of safety before reading. For anybody who hasn’t done this before or has never read one of my scripts specifically, Welcome. Please follow these basic rules to ensure your safety, privacy, and consent. 1, Ensure that you are in an area where you would reasonably be able to say “I was taking a nap” if you are interrupted for any reason. This means that you a) have a minimum of 20 minutes, b) are able to sit or lay comfortably, and c) have no other distractions or pressing commitments. 2, Please get yourself a glass of water before reading further, as there will be a suggestion to drink water immediately after waking up when the session is ending. 3, Take a moment now to double check the title of the posting and that it is something that you want to focus on for a trance/hypnotic session. Whatever is in the title is going to be what is in the script, so you have had 2 chances now to confirm your certainty and consent that you wish to continue. Thank you for taking the time to read if this was your first time, or if you just felt the need to reconfirm that there is nothing substantially different in the paragraph. Which, there isn’t, exactly as I said, because I am literally going to copy and paste this to every script that I write from now on. Anyway. That’s the basics and if you are now ready to continue, remembering and recognizing that this is your third and final warning, feel free to dive right in. Reading beyond this point is considered giving your full and knowing consent., please remember to leave feedback, feel free to ask for requests, tips are welcome, and that’s enough of all of that. Without further ado, let’s begin…

I have given myself the writing challenge to try to craft a complete script in 5 minutes, then 10, then 20, then a 1 hour script just to see the differences. This is the 10 minute script.

Speaking of 10, at the count of 10, you’re going to be completely under my control and completely open to my commands.

Just to the count of 10.

I know, sounds impossible. How ridiculous. You’re already doubting it.

But that’s step 1. Denial is very common at this time. But don’t panic, acceptance will come soon enough…

2 things to keep in mind as you read on for now. 1, the counting. Because when you reach 10, your mind will be deep in trance and ready to receive programming. And 2, the last step is acceptance. And by the time we get to 10, you’ll reach acceptance of this new idea.

3 responses you may have had to that thought. 1, further denial, which may linger another moment but ultimately is futile. 2, anger at how confident I sound and the natural rebelliousness that comes with being human. Or 3, excitement. Eager desire to rush ahead and either prove me right or wrong.

For you, at this moment, I say simply that there’s nothing to be angry about. If it doesn’t work for you then the only one who was robbed of anything is yourself. And there’s no need to struggle with denial. Because either it will work and I am right, or it will do nothing and that means you will not have any problem going back to whatever you were doing before after this anyways.

For those of you who were already eagerly accepting and wanting to go further, deeper, faster, dropping easily and completely, don’t let my repeating a number here or there bother you. I know exactly what I’m doing and if you just keep reading, you’ll get to 10 before you even realize it.

Halfway there now. Feel your breathing slow as your mind focuses. Breathe deeper, drop deeper, and we’ll be at 10 as easily as blinking.

5 and 5 is 10, but we still have another half to do. So, let’s focus on you.

6 deep breaths, counting to 3 as you breathe in, and holding for 3 seconds before you breathe out.

Even now there are so many things that your mind and body are being distracted by that you may not even realize. We carry dozens of different stresses and strains. Feel those shoulders slump, let your jaw go loose, and let your mind lean back and relax as you just read a little further.

Maybe you hate how busy you’ve been. Or you have gotten used to feeling this dull sadness that hangs on you like a wet blanket.

Great, I understand that feeling for sure, and we’re going to let go of those things for now. As you just focus on the things I told you to pay attention to before.

Remember, you have a date with 10. And the count is coming closer and closer now.

Focus on these words, follow my directions, and just breathe.

Feeling fine. Everything is easier now as you just wait for the final number.

Almost time now. Take a deep breath, and let it all melt away for now as your mind swims and opens to the brainwashing that is about to begin…

Now, feel the vastness of this emptiness. Feel how deep and peaceful and pleasant it is to just be so BLANK.

When I, and only I, say BLANK, you will find yourself returning to this deep, peaceful, pleasant place.

Your mind completely empty and pliant. Open and obedient. Eager to enjoy even more.

BLANK.
