This script is pretty straightforward. It will leave you completely blank and mindless for a few minutes. No thoughts, no feelings, no emotions. For anyone who wants to destress, or simply enjoys being blank and empty.

As you start reading this text, as your eyes track it, word by word, phrase by phrase, sentence by sentence, line by line, paragraph by paragraph, you feel how all other distractions slowly fade away. All the background sounds around you. All the subtle feelings on your skin. All the worries of your day. All the things you need to decide or take care of. All your thoughts. All of that doesn't matter while your are here. All of that can wait until you are back from your relaxing, peaceful, pleasant journey.

While you are here, reading this text, you don't need to put any efforts into it. While you are here, your mind can take a rest and go blank for a little while.

All I ask of you is that you focus solely on the words you see and that you let these words carry you DEEPER and DEEPER into a nice, blissful, pleasant trance.

As your eyes move across the screen, you slip more and more into pleasant blank state of your mind.

You don't need to resist it. You don't need to stay aware. You don't want to resist it. You don't want to stay aware. We both know it.

You want to follow the words. We both know it.

It feels so good to follow the words. We both know it.

It feels so right to follow the words. We both know it.

It feels so pleasant to let go and let the words carry you DEEPER and DEEPER still. Carry your mind into a nice cosy place, where you are safe and secure. A place of calm and quite. A place of comfort. A place of blissful peace.

I will now count down from 20 to 1 and with each number you will DROP down even further into trance. It may seem that you couldn't possibly DROP any further, become even more calm, more still, more peaceful, more blank, more entranced by the words, but it will happen.

With each number, you will go even DEEPER and DEEPER down. And when I reach number 1, there will be nothing left, only your subconscious mind fully opened to the guidance and instructions of the words on your screen.

As your conscious mind is asleep, I want your subconscious mind to take a note of the nice, blissful, relaxing state of trance that you experience now. Take a note in all little details.

Every time I write DROP, you will DROP into trance which is twice as nice, twice as blissful, twice as relaxing as what you feel now. And you will feel twice as good, twice as relaxed, twice as entranced.

But no matter how good and relaxed you feel, you will continue reading until the end of this script.

You start to wake up now. But as soon as you understand that you're waking up, you suddenly DROP again into that incredibly pleasant and blissful trance. Twice DEEPER than before. You let the words carry you DEEPER and DEEPER into the most pleasant trance imaginable.

And as you enjoy this pleasant state, you start to wake up again. But as soon as you understand that you're waking up, you suddenly DROP again. Twice DEEPER than before. And let the words carry you DEEPER and DEEPER again.

Starting to wake up one more time. And as soon as you understand that you're waking up, you DROP again into that immensely pleasant trance. Twice DEEPER still.

Starting to wake up again. And again, as soon as you understand that you're waking up, you DROP deep. Twice as deep.

And one more time. Waking up yet again. As soon as you understand that you're waking up, DROP twice as deep again. To the deepest trance you ever experienced.

The trance you experience now is the deepest you have ever experienced before. And your subconscious mind is now more open to my every suggestion than it has ever been before.

Very good.

Imagine your mind as a bathtub filled with water. Just like a bath you may have in your bathroom. And it doesn't have to be a visual image, it can be the sounds of splashing water, or a feeling of a slick cool bathtub surface under your fingers. You can use any mental image that works best in your imagination.

But your mind is a bathtub now. And your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions are the water filling that bath.

Right now your mind is already calm and quiet, it is already peaceful and empty. So there is not much water in the bath, and its surface is calm. There can be an occasional droplet falling from the faucet, or occasional small ripple when a bubble on the surface pops. But there is not much water in the bath and it is calm.

Your mind is almost blank already. But we will now make it completely blank. And we will make sure that it stays blank for a while.

Once your mind is blank, you will still continue reading the script, and you will still be able to register the words you see and you will still be able to follow my instructions. But nothing else except that.

I reach out my hand, open the drain and leave it opened. You can clearly see, hear and feel how all the water that was still in the bath quickly swirls around and disappears in the drain.

The bath is completely empty now. Not almost empty, not nearly empty, it is COMPLETELY empty now.

Your mind is completely empty now. Not almost empty, not nearly empty, it is COMPLETELY empty now.

There are no thoughts, no feelings, no emotions. They are all gone now. They quickly swirled around and disappeared a moment ago.

And most importantly, since the drain remains opened, any water that manages to get inside the bath immediately disappears in the drain.

Any thought, or feeling, or emotion that may appear in your mind, quickly swirls around and disappears. Just like the water disappears in the drain. And it happens so quickly that you don't even notice it was there.

All you can do now is just be there, see an empty bath and an opened drain. And wait. Wait until the drain closes and your mind can slowly fill with thoughts, feelings and emotions again. But it will not happen for some time.

When you wake up after the end of the script, for 10 minutes you will simply sit or lay there, fully conscious, staring at an empty bath of your mind, unable to have any thoughts, or feelings, or emotions. 10 minutes without any thoughts, feelings or emotions. 10 minutes of understanding that your mind exists, that you exist, but nothing else. And if any thought, feeling or emotion appears in your mind, it immediately disappears in the drain, so quickly that you don't even notice it was there.

And after 10 minutes, the drain will close. And the bath will slowly start to fill with water again. Your mind will slowly start to fill with thoughts, feelings and emotions again.

Very good.

I will count up from 1 to 5, and as I do that you will start to come out of trance to your normal waking state. And when I reach 5, you will become fully awake.

Starting to come out of trance. Nice and slow. Take your time.

Gradually becoming aware of the position of your body and the room around you.
