Hi! So I’ve listened to hypno for a while now but only just started doing it somewhat properly and not just as a porn substitute. As I’m new to this, I’ve listened to some every night for the past few nights. I have listened to the stepford series by dollydreaming and also their oral fixation hypno. How do these actually work and should I be following a certain process with them or just listen on repeat? Thank you!!! Xx
