Today i tried a bunch of abdl hypno files back to back and while only 2 of them worked, after a few seconds i got out of trance the effects ended, and one of them was the EMG curse fetish freak file which technically it shouldn't wear off that easily. UGH it's so infuriating, i'm all alone and it's my day off, i should feel relaxed to get the desired effects to work but nothing. i fear hypnosis is not working on me anymore DX

Anyone ever had a similar experience? Any advice on how to make hypnosis work again?

PS I have a theory on why it doesn't work but i also want to hear from other people.
My theory is that since i'm always alone with no one to control and play with me i always end up to just relieve myself, which is nothing special, just with me thinking to be someone else, also it could be because i can't "see" the changes in me (like turn into a baby, a sissy or a furry) and all i see it's my normal body so the immersion is kinda ruined. I guess it could help if i actually got feminized and/or dressed up by a mistress. But that's just my theory
