Steelcase Leap v2 - am i doing something wrong?

I want to use this chair so bad, but it's so uncomfortable sometimes. I get weird pains in my shoulders, and the back cushion just feels too hard sometimes. I'm wondering if im just doing something wrong. I feel like im sitting ergonomically.
Also i was wondering if someone else had these same problems but found they were fixed when they bought the extra padding from Crandall.
