I have the ErgoDox EZ from back in 2019. I got the classic version with Kailh copper speed switches and blank sculpted keycaps.
Over the past 3 years since I've owned it I've regularly (once every few months) faced issues where some of the keys would start double registering. And I've had to regularly reseat these keys for it to work normally.
As I'm writing this post I just remembered that the Oryx interface comes with customizations for the debounce and I went there to set it to 50 from the default 30 and now I'm not seeing any issues with the bouncing.
So I guess this fixes the issue.
But I still want to ask if others face the issue and what your debounce is at.
And also as I'm typing with the debounce at 50, I see that the text appears a bit later than when I expect. Perhaps not so great for gaming. So where is the best value for debounce to be at?
