Just curious. I’ve been at the gym and have seen some people (mostly younger or middle aged dudes) do some exercises (most often on the cables) with the worst form. Some look like it could cause joint injury. When you see this happen, do you just ignore it and mind your business, or do you ever approach them and give some pointers? I personally have the urge to give them a pointer but never do. I’m often focused on what I’m doing and in a semi meditative state with my music. I’m not a personal trainer so who am I to say anything? Also, who knows how they might take it, and if it would embarrass them. But at the same time, maybe they’d appreciate it and I’ll feel good about doing a good deed.
My question is, do you approach them? Why? Why not? What has been the response of you have, good or bad?
