Help identifying foal breed?

So I got this grab bag girl as an orphan 3 weeks ago from the sale. No owner to ask, had them put my info on the sale receipt for the buyer and never heard anything. Anyways I noticed that her head is really short? Her mane is seems over fluffy compared to my neighbors foals too. Super healthy and happy but just looks different.
Here is the info: 11 weeks-ish, 211 lbs, 41” to withers. Mom possibly was some kind of pony.
