Post Body

Recently noticed my mare does a repeated nod/stretch and I’m not sure what it means. Could be “go away” but also could be “I like that”! It’s a kind of reach forward with their muzzle/chin. Like a hinge at the poll. Kind of a nod forward. She’ll usually do a few in a row. I was scratching her butt when I took this today (she’s just had a tenoscopy hence the hospital tag) and I couldn’t work out if she was enjoying it or if it was ticking her off. She did it prior to the tenoscopy too. Shes had a chiro appt since she was last ridden 9 weeks ago.
