Post Body

Hello, looking for advice here & experience. We recently bought a 12yo mare QH. Good sound horse just a bit nervous we are working on that part. Anyways after 3 weeks ish of being here after her vet check she started lightly hopping (if you call it that minor hops 3/4 times) after being cinched. She also lets out a groan and coughs after being cinched and lunges. After I un cinch her she relaxes and isn’t all balled up. Besides that no other symptoms we have noticed. My daughter sits on her back no saddle she doesn’t act up. I’m like 90% sure it’s ulcers but wanted to get yalls opinions? I am getting a vet out, but we live in a very rural area. It can take a few days as we only have one mobile Vet and I wanted to get her started on ulcer guard that I have on hand. Thanks
