I have had my boy for 2 months and loved being able to say what a gentleman he was, and how he never bucks or anything naughty. Well. Today he bucked. Not a big one, and he didn't unseat me. But we're trying to get him comfortable on trails and.... the other horse started running when we hit a big glorious field.... and he wanted to run too. And I did not. And this upset him. And he wished me to know it. It wasn't a big buck and he did settle down and mind me, but I cut the ride a little short as I could tell he was annoyed and I didn't want to push my luck. Still the goodest boy though. Here he is looking all sweet and innocent after his tantrum in the field.
