I want to get a mattes pad but they are expensive!! But I found a couple of used ones on fb marketplace and I am wondering if it’s an okay thing to buy used? Or should I save for a brand new one? I am only buying a half pad because I want more cushion for my horse because I feel like an English saddle with a your run of mill average saddle pad is gonna make it uncomfortable for trail riding? I could be off so please correct me if I am wrong. I am not buying this pad for a better saddle fit because the saddle already fits nicely I just want more comfort.
