I'm learning to drive, and recently have noticed that I really struggle to take my foot of the cluch while i'm turning (especially when going right) - it's like i have some sort of mental block and have to really force myself to take my foot off, it feels so unnatural.
i was wondering if this is because i've trained myself to keep my leg on to support the horse when turning? has anyone else ever struggled with this?
i also keep clicking at the car when i'm panicking a bit at a junction or roundabout - or sometimes i've even found myself giving the steering wheel a pat after i've done something difficult 😅 my instructor thinks this is hilarious.
(i'm in the uk btw - the clutch is on my left)
