UPDATE! I spoke to one of my bosses and she was absolutely amazing and supportive. Its been an issue before and im the 3rd or 4th co trainer that has had an issue with head trainer. It is being handled and they have my back 100%

So I work at a horse farm and teach beginner riding lessons. The farm OWNERS are my bosses. The head instructor there who does the more advanced kids etc. I started riding as a student with this lady few years ago. Now shes my co worker. Shes very old school tough love type. I was hired to teach. Since ive gotten there ive now been reprimanded by this lady for saying my schedule is full (i have 11 people a week) and wants me to dpuble up and keep taking more lessons. I have a life outside of work. Were low on lesson horses, ive looked but alot of people. Really just dont want to have hirses in lesson programs. We had another trainer and this lady chased her off because she "wasnt doing enough" when in reality we simply DO NOT have enough horses for the amount of lessons. Ive been griped at for saying in full and i dont have time etc. I have auto immune disease and alot of other medical issues and while i love my job i HAVE to maintain work life balance for my health. Indont want to talk to my bosses because they will probably just want to bring her in and hash it out. This lady has told.me 2 times to NOT talk to the owners if theres an issue with a horse tell her first. Because she didnt want to deal with owners of the lesson horses calling about whats wring with their horse. That gives me ICK. This lady isnt my boss. Unfortunately I feel right now my ONLY way out is to walk and come back when this lady retires. Shes getting in me about how i run my lessons etc. She basically wants the program run where i train up the beginners and pass them to her. She HEAVILY RELIES on lessons for her main income. Now shes mad because MY clients want to stay with me... they dont want to show and compete and do all that stuff. She is so freaking pushy especially about shows. Alot of the parents have stopped showing as frequently or put their foot down that if they want to go to. A show they will let her know. I have other sources of income i am not hurting for money. Love my bosses but I might just have to say im having a medical issue and dip out. Im not going to be an income factory for this lady. Shes just a boss mare dominant type. Tough love. She wants me to have more clients because thats a higher chance of her getting extra money from lessons
