Don't know what to do now Epsom et-2720 error

At this point I've used compressed air, taken the whole thing apart and put it back together. Manually fed paper using the gears forwards and backwards all the way through and shook it around but this error will not go away.
I still expect some type of jam but I am a loss of how to clear it. It also makes a weird noise when turning on that I have not noticed before and sounds quite new. Any ideas guys I am at a loss on what to do to fix my beautiful printer.
