I've been making fart fetish content for 4 years now and I've been researching eproctophilia intently for about 2-3 months. This sub has been invaluable in helping me find first hand accounts of eproctophiles and their experiences with both kink and life. A question I see posed over and over is why more women don't have this fetish.
First off, the scientific community posits that women do have fetishes - and possibly at similar rates as men do - but that women are far less likely to publicly talk about it or even to admit to having a fetish to begin with than men are.
Secondly, not all women are straight, or even into men at all. Some women who love men only like women's farts. Some women are partnered. Btw, when I say "women", I mean those who self-identify as women. This includes married/partnered women, asexual women, sex-averse &/ sexually-repulsed women, lesbian women, trans women, non-binary women. All of these women are still women and none of them may want to engage with a straight/masc presenting man. They're still women with this fetish!
And third, more femmes would be open to sharing accounts of their experience if they didn't get bombarded with horny male demands for DMs/pics/video, being flooded with unsolicited messages - or worse, dick pics (!!), accusations they're not "real women" (which just sounds like you're trying to gaslight them for "proof" of their womanhood), or general online harassment of a gendered &/ sexual nature. It makes a majority of femmes feel threatened and unsafe.
Women do not exist to facilitate the sexual needs of others. They don't owe you their experiences and time so you can validate their existence. If you want more women to engage with you in fetish spaces, you need to actively cultivate a safe, welcoming atmosphere that fosters community.
