The surgeons lost an entire screw in my brain while hooking me up to an intracranial EEG
Post Body

I wish I was joking but I'm not. Something went wrong with the robot they were using to insert the electrodes in my brain. They have no idea why it happened, and it's literally never happened before in the hospital I did the study at. They said it could have done a lot of damage but managed to find a perfect pathway to the near-center of my brain and is just chilling there. They can't remove it because it's too risky. So it's my friend for life. I feel like my life is just one long joke at this point. I can't even be mad I'm in a phase of "Well I guess this might as well happen."

Be sure to learn their name and get to know them well. If they want to piss you off or screw you over . . .
