Quick question regarding a feeling of your brain doing a back flip? Anyone have this?

I’m just wondering if anyone has had this before. I was standing up. I coincidentally had a hallucination as I haven’t been able to sleep in about 36 hours. I know lack of sleep triggers my seizures even more which stresses me and causes even more. But there’s periods I cannot seem to help this. So I’m currently in hallucination stage. But while I was just standing there it felt as if my entire brain did a back flip. I would compare it to just having my brain feel as if I fell down the stairs backwards. If this makes any sense at all?
