Hi, I'm not diagnosed with epilepsy but for the last six months or so I've been having very realistic seizures in my dreams that feel quite real. My muscle will tense up in the dreams and the my body will spasm. Are these just dreams or possibly actually seizures?
Background: I started fainting after not eating in Nov 2015 and after my first fainting episode extreme thirst also occurred. After a stomach but at the end of April 2018 I became homebound due to constant extreme hunger and thirst causing me to feel faint whenever I do anything. Other symptoms since this time have occurred like tachycardia, increased stomach issues, chronic fatigue, memory issues, brain fog, body pains and more. I've been bounced around from specialist to specialist with no answers. Yes, blood sugar and all endocrine stuff came back perfectly fine. I've seen 1-3 of GI doctors, cardio, endochrine and neurology.
My in office eeg came back fine at my first neurologist but my 3rd one has ordered a 48 hour one that is scheduled for next month.
Just curious if these dreams mean anything at all or are just dreams
