Work taking my hours away because of injury
Post Body

I work on my college campus in MA, moving around tables and chairs. It's a labor intensive job. I just had a seizure a couple weeks ago, fell, and dislocated my shoulder. Both of my arms are severed damaged and I can't put any pressure on them or move them easily.

The company I work for has different positions that I have shown interest in, where I can sit at a computer, teaching me skills that I can use as a supervisor.

I had been working 14 hours a week, and because I can't work anymore in my normal position, they have taken all of my hours away. How do I handle this?
