Im not going to tell the entire story because Im tired to all hell, literally and figuratively.

My Nuro says ive never had a seizure because the EEG shows no evidence.

I got into a wreck a few months back, there was a time loss there where I don't remember anything at all and I ran a stop sign which caused the wreck and totaled my truck.

Ever since then now, at night or any time I try to lay down and go to sleep either at night or a nap, my body will either lightly or violently spasm, jerk, move every muscle I don't know how to describe it the best way I know how is to say I have had a mini, short quick seizure. The average time they last is a fraction of a second. Just long enough for me to go from almost to REM to wide awake in an instant. The longest one actually lasted about 2-3 seconds and that one actually hurt because my head was whipping all over the place. Unfortunatly no one has witnessed these because I live alone.

Also unfortunatly, during the EEG I had a very minor episode they saw something but nothing significant I guess. My neurologist is calling this "Rythmatic Muscle Movement" I call BS

He says there's no way it's seizures because Im aware of these episodes and conscious. You're never conscious during a seizures.

Ive been awake since 0100 today because every time I try to lay down, within I think 30-45 minutes I have an episode. Im tired. I want sleep. I have other negative thoughts because of all this. I can't go to another Neuro because I need a referral and I can't get a referral because my pcp wants this guy to go through his process.. I need help.

Edit: I managed to get a clip while trying to nap. I had a big one last night. this one was 2 and a half minutes into me starting to record and lay down. And this one was moderate. Out of 10 it was about a 4 of what I’ve experienced. I actually had a worse one maybe 10 minutes before this one which is what prompted me to record
