Hi, I have a question and this might sound dumb but I'll be concise about it and that's this I missed a day of taking my keppra medication ( 500mg) due to unresolve stress factors I'm currently dealing with and I was wondering would that trigger an seizure event. I've been on and off with keppra for nearly 3 years with no severe issues; but several months ago well more like an year ago around this time, the idiot in me thought since I wasn't getting any at all I felt to stop taking it and in hindsight between June - November I felt fine.....but sadly when November came around I had a seizure that was bad but thankfully not as severe, thus my doctors kept me on the 500mg and told me at length to not missed any more of it regardless if I stop having or exhibiting a seizure even if I felt fine or ok.

My point is will I be okay if I missed a day, then go right back to it? And also what I said it was my mistake and my mistake alone, in which I still regret doing so till this day, so please don't get at me with that cause I'm keenly aware of what I did and I feel terrible about it.
