I realized that i am unsure of what to bring to my first Neuro appointment. The last Neuro I went to I was told to just bring my meds with me and myself, but I've stopped seeing that doctor sense then and figured I probably should be better prepared for my new Neurologist. I've had seizures for 2 years and have switched meds alot and had sloppy tests done, I really want to make sure I go in and lay everything out so I get the best care possible.
I also can edit this post so anyone else who doesn't know what to bring to their first appointment can have a list of what they should bring.
