I was extremely tired in the middle of the day today—which was really odd because last night I got 8 hours of sleep.
I decided to take a nap, and while falling asleep, I very clearly remember jolting physically awake twice. It was like when you get jumpscared really badly at the movies, except there wasn't anything that caused me to justifiably react that way.
I passed out for about 6 hours, which again, was odd, because I had only been up for 5 or 6 hours and got good sleep last night.
I don't have any clear memories of something happening outside of that. No bite marks on my lip, no overwhelming fatigue after I woke up 6 hours later, no pain or headache.
I have had two witnessed seizures in the past, and more seizure like activity outside of that. When I've had seizures, I usually forget everything that happens, so it's hard to tell when I do and don't have seizures.
Has anyone else experienced this? Should I take a trip to the doctors?
