Standing up and walking a minute after finished seizing - is this common?

Post Body

Asking about a seizure someone else had. I have grand mal seizures but afterwards I usually just lay on the ground and doze off until I become more alert again.

I was out with somebody who had a grand mal seizure and less than a minute after being on the ground in the recovery position, they stood up and started walking. Then sat down somewhere else, laid down and began throwing up.

I honestly didn’t know people would be able to get up so quickly after having a seizure. They usually really wipe me out - despite them usually being short. Does anyone else do this?
