Is it just me, but I just found out that people with epilepsy have a harder time waking up in the morning. Is this true?

It kind of depends what you mean.
When my alarm goes off I get up and go. It’s time to get up and get ready so I do.
However, I am still mentally tired.
So is it hard for me to wake up?
