Anxiety and missed medication

When it comes to my epilepsy symptoms my memory is so bad, let's say I wake up and take my pill immediately and I don't even think twice about it later that night I take my meds again and then I'm concerned about what time I actually took my medication and then I star to over look things because I can't remember what I did as soon as I woke up 😤 God I hate this.
