Brothers partner faking seizures

Post Body

Hey guys I know this is a sensitive subject, but this has been going on for years now and I’m tired of it so I’m just going to be blunt with my wording but I understand this is a complex topic.

My siblings partner has been having “seizures” for the past few years and claiming money from the government for disability because of this. However myself and the rest of my family believe that she is faking these seizures for attention, anxiety, money and manipulation purposes.

We have family dinner every night and she comes every time and 9/10 times she will have a “seizure” theses “seizures” consist of basically just falling asleep for a few hours and going limp. However we do not hear about her having seizures at any other point in her life. It always tends to be when she has to spend time with us, and we believe she fakes these seizures because that way my brother has to be by her side the whole time and look after her (so keeping control of him) but she does not have to interact with us.

This is a very on the surface post, there has been much more examples of this with much further detail that I would be happy to discuss if people have questions but I just wanted to see if Myself and my family are assholes for this.

She claims they are undiagnosed as no doctor has given her a verdict on what they are and all her tests she’s done have come back with nothing of note.
